Morning Glory Smoothie
Rise and shine is smoothie time!
My morning glory breakfast smoothie go to is amazingly delicious!
It may not look the nicest but your insides will seriously thank you for kick starting your day the right way!
Ingredients:
– 2 Leaves of Kale
– 2 Small bunches of Spinach
– Handful of mixed berries
– An apple, orange or banana
– 1 table spoon Chia seeds
– 1 scoop of hemp or chocolate protein powder (if i have done or am planning on a workout)
– 1 tea spoon of Cocoa Leaf Greens (choc flavour)
– 1/2 cup Almond Milk
Chop up and place all ingredients in your vitamix and blend to a consistency that you prefer!

Taking vitamins while on the road
From experience i know its hard to stay ‘healthy’ while on the road. Yes, there are often many vegetable options, but its part of the experience to try traditional foods in different countries. In Thailand for example, the majority of street food is deep fried or based on rice or noodles and for someone like myself with an incredibly slow metabolism its not ideal. However, if you manage to get non-deep fried vegetables here they are often very fresh; bought from the local markets that morning. This doesn’t mean your getting all you daily vitamin and mineral requirements.
Healthy lifestyle in Thailand – YES its possible!
If its your hearts desire to live a relatively healthy lifestyle, it is possible in most places around the world; even in Thailand, with no footpaths and predominantly deep fried street food. This doesn’t mean that you have to be harsh on yourself, go to the gym everyday and only eat home cooked meals. Its about having a balance.
