3 Things you MUST do when you first get out of bed!

Roll over to the sound of your alarm clock, press snooze then drift away back to fairy land only for the buzzer to go off again, jumping out of bed, racing to get changed to only just make it to work on time. Sound like you?

This is only setting your morning for stress. Yes you may have had 15 minutes more sleep but if you really need it, go to bed 15 minutes earlier!

Here are my 3 MUST DOs in the morning, even before i hit the gym or boat.

1) A glass of warm lemon water to kickstart your digestive system!
Lemon water has an incredible amount of benefits you really need to become aware of:

– Kickstarts your digestive system (aids)
– Gives your immune system a boost. (Full of Vitamin C)
– Balances your pH levels (Alkalises)
– Reduces your appetite
– Promotes healing
– Detoxes your liver

… and many more!

2) Vitamins, Minerals & Oils!
After you’ve been fasting all night the last thing you want is to put bad foods into your body. The first thing will be to nourish your system with your daily vitamins, minerals and oils! Not sure what you should be taking? Find out here.

3) 15 Minutes of Yoga or Meditation
Is there a better way to start your day other then to clear your mind, de-stress and appreciate what your have?
I don’t think so! All you need is 15 minutes; not time on Facebook or Instagram watching other peoples lives but 15 minters to focus on yourself. You can read here on the importance of meditating for everyone!
